Waterproof and robust, stays flexible even when it gets cold (some other makes stiffen and crack when the temperature drops). Definitely worth the extra money.

I have had this map case for probably about 15 years now and it is still in excellent condition after loads of use and abuse.
I went through several cheaper cases before splashing out on this one and haven't regretted it.
It is definitely worth the extra few pounds
