I got this as part of my kit to do some cycle touring this summer, I have a pannier rack on the back and i use this dry bag over the top. First off, as with all Ortlieb products the quality is excellent, nothing cheap or nasty everything about this bag is robust and very well engineered. It is big enough to take my small one man tent and sleeping bag easily, and fits snuggly onto my bike, I have found that it can be clipped around the seatpost and then bungeed onto the rack. It is of course completely waterproof and is made from a thick material that hasnt so far torn or let me down. Overall an excellent product, not cheap, but if you want something serious, its worth paying that little bit extra!
