Waterproof and breathable walking boots with great grip and cushioning.

North Ridge Bexhill Mid Men's Walking Boots will keep you comfortable all day long, no matter the weather.

Boasting a high performance Vibram outsole, they're durable and lightweight and keep you protected with great grip. Vibram soles guarantee the best performance, the maximum level of comfort, and long lasting quality.

The lightweight upper is a combination of silk suede and nylon, with a waterproof membrane and a lining that wicks away moisture. A protective rubber toe cap  prevents scuffing and keeps you drier if you're walking through wet grass.

Easy lacing makes them very quick to put on and take off, but keeps them securely and comfortably fitted.

Your feet will stay dry and cushioned while you trek, helping you last longer and go further.

Awesome possum..., 18 July 2016
By Afd (Stirling)
Bought these boots because I was short of money and needed some boots for the weekend, nearly a year, 20 munros and hundreds of kilometres later they are still usable. Honestly for what I paid I didn't expect that. I have a few observations however,

- Waterproofing - somewhat effective at keeping water out of the boot itself, however deadly effective at retaining water once inside, despite all efforts to drain. Such was it's effectiveness that I believe the moisture retention qualities are part of a crude water cooling/cushioning system, such a feature may perhaps be useful in warmer climates however in the rather damp Scottish climate this is something of an undesirable feature.

- Sole - thin, very thin, you will feel what you stand on, not suited to mountains, where the things you stand on are likely to be stone shaped and of a stone like hard texture...

- Construction - generally good, scraped off half the toe cap scrambling on Arran, but the boots weren't really built for that.

- They are incredibly cold, use in the snow is therefore only for the truly masochistic or owners of thick socks...

- The laces have grip, until wet, at which point you can forget about tying them...

Overall as much as I despise these boots I kinda like them, I've not managed to break them despite trying quite hard and doing a few things I don't think they were really designed to do.They're tough boots that won't break on you. They have a few annoying issues but they are dirt cheap, what more could you ask for?

Comfortable but not Waterproof for long, 19 May 2016
By MickC (West of Scotland)
I bought these boots 14 months ago for dog walking on woodland tracks. They are comforable but soles are fairly thin as you would expect from a cheap boot. Initially waterproof but not for long, even using Nixwax products they failed to keep my feet dry. To be honest I don't expect any walking boot costing less than £150 to be waterproof, that's why I didn't return them. Now after 14 months and not too many miles the sole has started to part company with the upper. I now use work boots from ScrewFix as dog walking boots, at only £29.99 they are much more economical and waterproof.

Great all round Boots, 21 November 2015
By Dasmith1999 (Fleet)
I bought a pair of these Boots as a cheap a alternative to my nearly worn out Berghaus Boots. For the price I can't really fault them, yes they are not the most waterproof boots you will ever buy but what do you expect for that price! I've worn mine on walks across the lakes and around Kielder water and finally around the Battlefield tours of the Falkland Islands, great boots at a great price, if you want performance Boots, pay performance prices!

By kate (harlow)
Bought these boots because I walk for a living and need waterproof boots. Total rip off, they dont even repel water when I walk across a grassy field.

Leaks like a sieve, 08 October 2015
By Gavin (Bristol)
I bought a pair of these then afterwards read the reviews here which said they weren't waterproof. I stood the boots in a bowl of water to find out - both boots filled with water! I've never worn then and now I'm not going to, I'll have to make a trip back to Go Outdoors to get them refunded
