Those heading to the V Festival this weekend are set for sunshine wherever they are on Saturday (August 21st), but not the following day.

According to the Meterological Office, the situation at Telford - its nearest weather station - is likely to be sunny, but with some white clouds.

But while those heading to Weston Park with their camping gear may also pack the sun cream, the Chelmsford forecast is for a mixture of sunshine and cloud on Saturday followed by a wet Sunday, something that may make waterproof jackets a good choice.

Fans heading to the event may already be aware that they can enjoy big name acts like the Arctic Monkeys, Primal Scream, Jessie J, Olly Murs and Rihanna.

It has now also been revealed that the Virgin Media Stage undercard will include The Enemy, with band member Andy Hopkins commenting: "Looking forward to banging out some tunes at V!"

Hard-Fi will also be on this bill after confirming their appearance earlier this week.
