Fans heading to both V Festival
sites ahead of its opening day tomorrow (Saturday August 20th) have been jamming the roads as they seek to get in and find good pitches for their tents
The M6 and M5 motorways have been full of drivers heading to Weston Park in Staffordshire, with tailbacks on the A5 and A449.
And in Essex, some roads have been closed as thousands have been making their way to the Hylands Park site in Chelmsford.Festival
-goers will be keen to get themselves unpacked and all their camping equipment
in order early, so they can be ready for the big-name performers on show this weekend, while everyone will be hoping for good weather.
The Arctic Monkeys and Olly Murs are among the top Saturday performers in Chelmsford, while Eminem, the Manic Street Preachers and Ocean Colour Scene will be there on the Sunday after playing at Weston Park tomorrow.
