Those spending summer music festivals
can keep their valuables more secure by hiding them in their sleeping bags
by night, it has been advised.
A survey by insurance firm Aviva revealed 46 per cent of the population has been to a festival
at some time or other.
However, it noted, thefts and loss of valuables does happen and it noted there were 650 thefts from tents
It did note, however, that camping equipment
can be included in some home insurance policies as personal belongings.
People buying sleeping bags
may wish to look for ones that are also very comfortable, as well as secure, since these will help festival
-goers to enjoy some good nights of sleep so they can make the most of their time at the event.
