England rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio has revealed that he enjoys packing his walking gear and exploring mountains whenever he goes on holiday.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, the 38-year-old former captain stated that he needs three things to enjoy the perfect holiday.
"I need my family, a bit of sun and the mountains. I'm at home in the mountains: walking or skiing," he said.
Dallaglio added that he enjoys adrenaline-fuelled activities while away but also likes to find time to relax and put his feet up.
"On holidays I like to strike a balance between activity and just doing nothing," the broadcaster went on to note.
Another former sports star who enjoys spending time in the great outdoors is Darren Gough.
The retired cricketer told the Star that even if he is not going on holiday, he and his family like to pitch tents
in the garden and spend the night outside.
