The BBC are to re-show a programme that features the one place in the Lake District with a ski tow.
Inside Edge will show their production about Raise, the fell near Helvellyn where the Lake District Ski Club is based, at 19:30 GMT on February 15th.
The club said that the recent conditions have been very good for those donning their ski goggles
, with plenty of snowfall and more blowing in.
It stated: "We have had some very good skiing and with the weather set cold there will be plenty more to come. [There is] no excuse not to enjoy this great season, get up there."
The club, which has a tow and a club hut, was founded in 1936.
People looking for other places to ski in Cumbria can also consider Yad Moss, near Alston.
The facility has a ski tow capable of taking 600 people per hour up to the top station, which has an altitude of 725 m (2,379 ft).
