Singer-songwriter Jack Johnson is to appear at this year's Glastonbury Festival, it has been revealed.
The Hawaiian artist has been pencilled in to perform at the Somerset venue on June 27th, as part of a four-gig British section of a European tour that will also see him take to the stage in Cornwall, Cardiff and London.
News of the performance adds Johnson to the other acts confirmed so far, U2 and emerging talent contest winners My Luminaries, with the full line-up set to be announced nearer the event.
Those heading to Glastonbury may wish to ensure their experience is more comfortable by investing in come camping furniture
Other festivals announcing new acts include the Green Man Festival, which takes place at Glanusk Park by the banks of the Rover Usk in the Brecon Beacons from August 20th-22nd.
Green Man, Beirut and Billy Bragg have all been named in the line up this week.
