This year's Glastonbury
appears set for warm and sunny days, avoiding the mudbaths and flooded tents
associated with the event in previous years.
Met Office forecasts for the event suggest that the next few days will bring plenty of sunshine, giving revellers a dry and enjoyable time where they can enjoy the great outdoors.
Those staying in festival
tents for the long weekend may wish to buy some extra camping accessories
, such as camping chairs and beds for lazing in the sun between going to gigs and other attractions.
Visitors to a Go Outdoors store looking for some last-minute items may even wish to get a few water bombs to enjoy a bit of fun and games with their friends, while extra sun cream and insect repellent may come in handy.
The Met Office has announced that its dedicated weather page for Glastonbury
will be operating from today (Tuesday June 22nd).
