Mid-weight and quick drying stretch walking trousers with reinforced knees.
The Marmot Highland Pant
is a versatile high-performance men's walking trouser made from mid-weight stretch fabric for superb comfort and performance.
The straight cut with slightly articulated knees gives a comfortable fit for both walking and high action activities, and reinforced knee and ankle patches improve durability without being bulky or restrictive.
The durable water repellent finish encourages water to run off rather than soak in and the fabric also wicks moisture and dries quickly so you stay comfortable and cool.
Zipped cargo and back pockets provide secure places to keep valuables and the hand pockets are reinforced to prevent wear and tear damage. The hem has an internal drawcord for adjustment so you can get a precise fit and a DriClime™ waistband that is soft and comfortable against the skin.
A fantastic multi-activity walking pant designed to fit well and perform reliably in any conditions, the Marmot Highland will be your 'go to' choice whatever your adventure.

Most comfortable trousers I've ever worn., 05 March 2016
By Gavola (Southampton)
32 waist and 32 Inside Leg.
Excellent cut around the groin and backside give these trousers a 10 out of ten from me.
Like another review says here, most trousers have a low cut in the groin meaning when walking uphill they twist themselves from the hip an inch or so, hence needing to pull them up now and again, similar to an over-tight pair of jeans!
Not these. I bought some this morning and made a prompt tour of the North New Forest and not once did I need to pull on the waist band. An absolute revelation to me in comfort. I can see why they have such rave reviews.
If they weren't so expensive I'd have another two pairs for work.
Best trousers I've ever owned. Period.

I'd been meaning to replace my terrible Craghopper walking trousers for a softshell, stretch type. The admittedly cheap Crags had an awful cut in the groin area that had me pulling my trousers up constantly on hill ascents.
After several abortive purchases - Montane Terra regulars and stretch, Berghaus softshells - I was lucky to find these at local Go Outdoors for a bargain price in the Christmas sales. Frankly they were an absolute steal at £40, but I would happily pay the current price. There's a truism that a good piece of equipment or apparel is one you don't notice when you're out. With these Marmots, I no longer have to worry about poor fitting trousers and can get on with enjoying my hills walks. They have plenty of pockets, are super comfortable and the material feels of a better quality compared to, say, Montane.
Marmot Highland Pants, 22 February 2015

These trousers are some of the most functual and comfortable I have found. My first pair had a bit of a problem with the odd bit of stiching coming undone but this was more cosmetic as all seams are double stitched. I have been so impressed with these trousers that I have now purchased a second pair. As they are made with stretch material they are extremely comfortable. The side and leg pockets are great for stuffing things on a plane or car journey. I just love wearing then in all situations.

A good pair of trousers, surprisingly water proof and very stretchy making them very comfortable.
Ideal for the hills.
