A tough and practical pack with a low profile for fast movers.

An extremely functional, lightweight pack, the Inov-8 Race Pro18 is ideal for mountain running, fast and light walkers, cycling and lightweight travel.

The large stretch mesh pocket on the rear is multi-accessible for storage on the move, and there's a large stretch mesh pocket on the top for storage to more frequently accessed items.

It's colouring makes it highly visible even in the worst conditions, and it's compatible with Inov-8's H2Orizontal Bladder System, making it a great bike pack too.

Bungee compression and storage increase your packing options, and allow you to keep your bag's centre of gravity in control when it's only partially full, making your walk/hike/run/ride all tthe more easier.

The Race Pro 18's minimalist design makes this pack ideal for mountain running, fast and light walkers, cycling and lightweight travel.

Fantastic for Adventure Racing, 15 May 2011

I have used this pack for Mountain Marathon / Adventure racing events. It fits my back very well indeed, hugging the contours of the body. This means the sack doesn't move around when you are on the run. There is plenty of space in the waist pockets for nutrition + a compass even when the water bladder (separate item) is used full. Inside the main pack there is plenty of room for emergency clothing etc. The mesh pockets and lightweight materials really help keep weight down, but the pack still has a tough feel to it despite the lightweight materials used. All in all an excellent product for this type of event.

I also use it for more ordinary day walks and for cycling with my family. Again, it is very suitable. There are no straps dangling in the way and the water system works really well.

Overall this is a very well thought out pack, with accessory straps etc just exactly where you need them. The only downside might be the size is a little small for winter use.... but of course you can buy a larger pack in the range.
