A strong, stable and spacious 6-person tent with large windows and generous headroom.
Built using a strong semi-geodesic structure, the Hi Gear Voyager Elite 6
is an easily-pitched tent with room to accomodate 6 campers and all their gear.
It has a large, full-standing-height bedroom area, which can be adapted to convert some of the space into storage quarters if needed.
The groundsheet is sewn in, meaning you get no unwanted draughts, moisture or bugs getting in. Multiple windows (and mesh panels) let you control how much sunlight gets in, and maintain your privacy. The large front door and additional side door give you easy access for you and your gear, and also let you control ventilation.
It's stable enought to stand up to very windy conditions, with the cross-pole design giving it extra strength and flexibility.
A versatile tent that's great for families, groups of friends or festival-goers - and don't forget, you can add extra comfort and insulation by choosing the Hi Gear Voyager Elite Carpet, and extend your sheltered space by adding on the Hi Gear Voyager Elite 6 Porch.
There are two versions of this tent available ('EMERALD' and 'EMERALD GREEN'), the EMERALD version has a thinner grey stripe along the lower edge, to match the new EMERALD version of the porch.

Wow, Amazing love it, well done Go OutDoors, staff amazing too.
Footprint was fantastic, took us about 40 mins on first time and on a slightly slopy site.
The awning was easier than expected according to reviews.
Follow guide lines and you can't go wrong
One tip just make sure that you hold the poles when pitching the awning. Can't wait for more holidays

Wow..what a great tent, just the two of us and a large German Shepherd, but plenty of room for all.
Don't think its suitable for six, would be like sardines in a can.
Like previous reviewers, due to slant, doorway has tendencies to cause water to be splashed in, this would be solved by add on porch, which would leave living room nice and dry.
Plenty of headroom, perfect for my hubby who's 6ft 3 so no stooping like in previous tents.
Room for table and chairs to relax on rainy days .
Looking to invest in the porch, this would be perfect for cooking, plus as previous said would stop water problem.
Overall an excellent tent, we are all impressed even our doggy.
Voyager 6 - A great tent, 10 March 2016

This is a great tent. - so great that Go Outdoors has put the price up since we bought ours two years ago. We bought it including all the extras (porch, carpet, footprint).
Putting up: 4/5
Not the easiest tent in the world to erect, but this is partially down to our diminutive height. I'm 5'7" and my wife is 5"2 and we struggled a bit to put the tent up but once it is up having such a high ceiling is great. We alway use the footprint as it helps with exact placement of the tent (some campsites are alarmingly fussy) and it provides an extra layer of stuff between you and the cold hard ground.
This tent is massive. So big we have never needed to put up the porch extension. Like all tents though, you can take the supposed number of men it fits and minus 2 for reality and comfort. I would not fancy sharing this with 5 other smelly campers.
Actually My wife and I bought this hoping it will last a decent number of years and be large enough to act as a family tent. Using it for just the two of us feels a bit decadent at the moment.
When camping in UK summer 2015 the weather was cold grey and horrible. Our carpeted living room sized central dome became a central hub for our soggy friends to congregate. We currently use one bedroom for sleeping with double airbed and the other for storage.
The tent withstood some high winds. It hammered with rain and we never had a drop come inside. We replaced most of the flimsy wire pegs with heavy duty pegs.
With people rushing in out of the rain all week the zips took a bit of a battering - to the point where the outer-side door now doesn't fasten anymore. We had to tie it closed. Not ideal. Minus points on weak zips. - Need to look at getting it fixed actually...
This beast weighs about 25kg-30kg and that can be a problem carrying it any distance from the car. Plus if you have all the bits (porch, carpet, footprint) then its quite bulky to transport.
Putting down: 3/5
It is SO hard to get this thing back into the bag.
We took photos of it coming out the bag so when could match the rolls and folds up again and still found it a bit tricky.
All in all, not a bad tent and 4/5 stars.

Brilliant tent, no trouble pitching it and it has stood up to strong winds (last tent standing on site in Anglesey!) Only one flaw, hence four star rating, the slant on the front is very inconvenient in rain. When you return to the tent you have to be careful when you open the door or you end up with a puddle inside on the carpet.. Otherwise loved the space, our next step is to buy the porch which will improve the problems with the door.
Fantastic tent!!!!, 05 December 2015

We purchased this tent back in the summer and managed to get the whole package (tent, porch, carpet and footprint) at an amazing price, and we feel it was money well worth investing. Although there is only the 2 of us using it, we had more than enough room to move around comfortably (unlike in our previous tent). The porch made a great area to cook in leaving the actual tent living area free to eat in if it rained. Putting up the actual tent didn't take too long, but trying to attach the porch was a bit like the krypton factor as it wasn't very clear where it actually attached to on the tent. I can't wait to use it again next year.
