The
Hi Gear Summit 250 strikes a balance between weight and warmth that makes it a great 3 season bag for UK conditions, as well as being affordable for occasional or regular campers alike.
The insulation is 250g/m Synthetic Hollowfibre that traps warm air close to the body and will perform well even if damp. The fibres are specially designed with a spiral shape that gives a lower weight and pack size with no loss of warmth. The ripstop outer fabric is durable without being too stiff or 'crinkly', and the brushed polyester lining is soft against the skin. A full length zip makes it easy to get in and out as well as allowing you to ventilate the bag if you get too warm.
Neck and zip baffles help to eliminate drafts or cold spots, and the hood has a drawcord that pulls it closed around your ears and chin in colder conditions.
