This is the footprint, an under groundsheet layer for the Hi Gear Sahara 6 Tent.
This keeps your groundsheet clean and protects it from abrasion, rips and tears that may occur on rought ground.
The footprint should be covered completely by the tent to prevent rain from pooling underneath your groundsheet.

well worth having. protection for the tent, keeping you just a little warmer, and makes positioning the actual tent easier. We put some red tape across the porch entrance end to make it even more obvious.

What a fantastic product, we bought this when it was on sale, it went down really and it was spot on, it helped us so much when we were working out where to put the tent on the pitch and showed us how much space we had at the front and at the back. It Also gave us another layer between us and the ground which I’m sure helped to keep the tent warmer inside.
Not much more to say about this apart from it was perfect for what we wanted.

We bought the optional footprint for the Sahara 6 as one thing we found was that moving the whole tent around to get the door facing the right way and the pods out of the way of surrounding objects is quite a big job. Now we put the footprint down in about 10 minutes then just put the tent on top.
It also helped to smooth the ground out a bit and to protect and keep clean the main tent groundsheet.
