A spacious 4 person tent that’s ideal for small families and group getaways.
- 4 Berth Family Tent
- All in one pitching style
- Taped seams - no leaks
The Hi Gear Rock 4
is a flexible family tent
for smaller families or couples looking for extra room. The tent and bedroom are separate parts that are permanently attached by a mesh panel, so you get the reduced condensation of a double-skin design without the hassle of fitting the inners every time you pitch. The sewn in groundsheet keeps drafts and insects out as well as protecting from wet ground.
The bedroom can be divided in 2 with a central curtain, and the tall windows in the front allow lots of light into the living area. The doors to the front and side can be converted to awnings with awning poles (sold separately).
A great tent for first time campers or those who want a simple and roomy tent for weekends away.

Myself and my partner decided to purchase this tent, as we sold our tear drop trailer. We purchased every accessory possible, the footprint, carpet, tent, tent essentials and the canopy. Tent is very easy to pitch up, and is fantastic for breaks for couples. However, I feel what lets the tent down is the living space (in front of bedrooms). Once you place your kitchen, table and chairs for two, space can be very cramped. We put the kitchen in the canopy, to cook and then collapsed the table and kept it in the bedroom when not used. Fantastic tent, if your not bothered about space. I think when we come to have children we will definatly upgrade to a bigger living space :-)

Me & my partner spent the weekend in this tent it didn't take long to put up at all on my own. However we couldn't fit 2 double air beds in the sleeping compartments. It was really irritating cuz it was only a few inches from fitting but they just wouldn't. I would say it's about perfect for 2-3 people i think if you're a family of 4 it might be worth paying a bit more just for comfort. But over all lived this tent & I can't wait to use it again!

Cant recommend this tent enough, spacious, well designed and superb value. One slight issue is the poles snagging when you're putting it up.
