Lightweight and comfy, 26 January 2010
By Lucy (Leeds)
I usually find these mummy-shaped sleeping bags a bit claustrophobic (I like to sprawl in my sleep and the narrow foot area just doesn't seem to let me...), and then I find I'm too hot, and it all gets a bit traumatic. I bought this for a camping trip in Sweden last summer and found for the price it was pretty much ideal. I've used it both indoors and out, and it's suitable for spring, summer and at a push early autumn weather - I'd use a cosy liner in anything cooler.
It packs up easily into a tiny bag with straps you can tighten, so it's great for camping if you've got other stuff to carry. It's also lightweight and the lining is soft. The filling also doesn't end up all over the place as I've found with feather bags.
