Hi Gear Rainpod Mens Waterproof Jacket, 08 December 2011
By merlin (stockton on tees)
Absolutely useless, says it waterproof but after being out in the rain for 20 mins or so found I was as wet on the inside as on the outside. If walking into the rain you get water coming in under the storm flap and through the zip. Bought the trousers to suit and they are just as bad. Spend a bit more money and get something that will do the job properly.
Hi Gear Rainpod Men's Waterproof Jacket, 23 August 2011

An excellent purchase, very light and easy to pack away, kept me dry throughout the worst of the heavy rain during our recent Carribean holiday. Good value for money.

A good compromise between the size and weight to pack, and the sturdiness to do the job it's supposed to. Good value for money, basic jacket as expected, and will come in handy on many trips.
Nicely packs into the provided drawstring bag, which even has a clasp; ideal for attaching to the outside of my baggage.
