Good tent - with slight reservation, 11 May 2011
By thenudehamster (Basingstoke)
I bought this to replace a dome which I left behind in the US. Erection is not difficult, though as with all things, it gets easier with practice
While it's no palace. it's roomy enough inside for me, though it may be a little cosy for two. It can, though, as I found out one afternoon, accommodate a New Forest pony...
The porch has adequate space for storing boots and a pack though storing too much may make access difficult.
The double inner door arrangement with flyscreen and opaque door is great for an afternoon siesta.

The only reservation I have is that the flysheet is difficult to keep from resting on the inner, resulting in what seems to be a damp patch on both sides in the morning; however as both inner and outer are polyester, there did not seem to be any water ingress, so maybe I'm being a little worrisome unnecessarily, especially as middling heavy rain shower didn't seem to have any lasting effect.

While I wouldn't recommend this for a winter trek up Everest, it's certainly adequate for three season camping. All in all a good value, competent, tent.

Oh, and I CAN get it into it's bag without serious trouble...

When a Cold wind Blows.., 15 June 2010
By The Duke
I bought this tent prior to Download Festival 2010, it's like a tardis. For a tent that comes in such a small bag, it was very spacious when set up fully.

I'm a lazy camper, so ease of use is essential for me (as with most Festival goers i imagine) Last year i had a pop up tent, and while this was great and all it offered somebody of my size very little room length ways (Im 6'2) This had enough room for me, my sleeping mat, my bag, my camping chair and a couple of creates of alcohol without feeling too uncomfortable.

The tent stood up great to heavy rain and wind ont he final night too while keeping me relatively warm on the inside.

I even near enough managed to get it back in the bag it came out of (a first for me with non-pop up tents)

All in all a great little tent.

I'll be taking it to Newquay in August!
