I bought these gaiters as the local store was out of stock of the Trekmates Cairngorm Gaiters that I really wanted. I needed gaiters in a hurry so bought these. Wore them once for a walk on a very cold but dry January Sunday. At the end of the day my lower legs were damp and the inside of the gaiter was soaking! It said breathable on the label - clearly they weren't. I took them back and got a refund which I later spent on the Trekmates.
Also, fabric is quite baggy and tend to slip down calves to form two sack around your ankles. I was forever pulling them up. I would not buy these again. Sorry.
