This is the footprint, an under groundsheet layer for the Hi Gear Kalahari 10 Tent.
This keeps your groundsheet clean and protects it from abrasion, rips and tears that may occur on rought ground.
The footprint should be covered completely by the tent to prevent rain from pooling underneath your groundsheet.

Fantastic idea for a product and all was well until we came to pack the footprint away. Due to windy weather (which actually wasn't exceptional), the wind whipped up the corners of the footprint as we were trying to get the pegs out and ripped the corners leaving holes in 3 of the corners :(

If you have bought the Kalahari 10 then the extra groundsheet is a must buy.
It makes putting the tent up a lot easier as you can see exaclty where the tent will be positioned (leave a 2m gap all round, for the guy lines & the tent is slightly larger than the sheet).
And cleaner too, no more kneeling in mud/wet grass.
As an added bonus you will be the envy of the campsite on packing up day, when everyone else is folding up their tents with mud, grass and water all over the bottom wondering what they can do about it and yours is perfectly clean & dry!
