The only possible downfall...
The only possible downfall may be that the handles get hot with enamel mugs but with care this can be avoided or rectified, good quality product.

Just the worst cup to drink out of because of the lip on the edge. Also, first wash chipped the enamel inside. Sorry guys.

One of the cups was badly chipped. Sent it back, haven’t heard back. Very poor packaging, very poor communication

Not a great deal to say, it is what it is and does the job. Seems to be well made - no scratches or dents. Mind give it a quick wash before using - i didn't and there was a strong soapy taste to it.

Great product, purchased to furnish a sizable volunteer group for teas and coffees. Very resilient against day to day battering and very easy to clean.

I've rated this cup highly in quality and value for money as its quite good however completely useless the rolled lip on the cup means you wear more than you drink , it's really irritating plus it has absolutely no thermal properties what so ever . you put a hot drink down for a minute and the next time you pick it up its stone cold.had no choice but to use this cup because I was on top of a mountain and had nothing else however when I got home it went straight in the bin.spend a bit more on a cup with thermal properties you'll hate yourself otherwise.
