Very pleased with waterproofs - mus be as this is probably the 5th purchased! Two for husband, one for son/sons in law etc. Really waterproof -used in all kind of weather - farm work. Had to wash one and was not waterproof after - refroofed it and was fine.

I am going to be climbing Kilimanjaro later this year and had been looking for a decent pair of waterproof over trousers, but have been really reluctant to spend the £80+ that some of the top end trousers cost. I spotted these on a visit to Go Outdoors in Basingstoke and thought that for £20 they seemed like a bargin considering you can pay £35 for "cheap" plastic, non-breathable over trousers. This weekend we went for some practise walking in Snowdonia and it absolutely bucketed down, these kept me warm, and most importantly, dry ... not bad considering the weather was so appalling I ended up throwing my weather-ravaged tent away!!

They're grrrrrreat!, 26 January 2010

I bought these after seeing lots of reviews in magazines for high end overtrousers. I saw these on the website and thought they looked good. A quick visit to the local store where I tried them on sold it. Since then, I've used them over the top of my craghoppers at even the slightest hint of rain, and take pride of place in my backpack for even on the bike ride to work. They're a really good mid-priced product, that in my opinion can match even the really expensive ones. Warm, comfy and waterproof, you need these in your backpack this winter
