Yes, would be my answer after camping on a number of occassion and talkingo other on sites, took the plunge, best thhing i ever done, only used once but worth the price just for one week. warm underfoot, feels and looks great.

Whilst not essential this carpet really makes the living area of the tent feel more luxurious - its warm underfoot and adds a layer of insulation.
