Features
The Hi Gear 4-Leg Camping Bed is an easily assembled, comfortable camping bed that'll make sure you get a good night's sleep in your tent or under your shelter.
The legs are rounded so it won't easily sink into softer ground, and the top end is slightly raised to hold your pillow in place and keep you rested.
Also great as a spare bed in the living room for family get togethers.
Sleep comfortably, raised off the ground away from the creepy-crawlies!

love this bed, 28 January 2012

its a bit fiddly to put together at first. i found that putting the long poles in first, making sure the holes are in sight, and aligned with the gaps in the canvas. then put one side of the bed on the floor, holding the other side up, slot in the first leg in one of the near centre holes on the floor, and then holding the other side of the bed, push down on the springy leg and using your thumbs guide the leg into the hole on the opposite side of the bed. its easier to push down on the floor as you can use your weight to bend them slightly. once the first one is in place the others are so easy. i am female and in my 50s and i love this bed. add a sleeping mat on top to keep the cold out, pillows and sleeping bag. heaven.

Wish I'd read reviews first, 12 January 2012

Saw this in the shop and decided it'd do the job. Unfortunately when I got it home it was a pig to put together. I'm a young, strongish guy and spent about half an hour sweating and swearing trying to stretch the material and get it together. I then read the reviews and realised everyone else was saying the same thing. I managed eventually and decided to leave it overnight with some weight on it to see if it'd stretch and be easier in the morning. It wasn't.
In the end I returned it to the store and got the folding camp bed for the same price. That is so much better! If only I'd read the reviews first.

Great bed for the price!, 04 January 2012

I brought this camping bed because i was fed up of deflating air beds. I only brought the one because i was put off by some of the other reviews and also thought it couldn't be that good for the price. Got it home and put it together with no problems. i was expecting it to topple over when the kids started messing around on it.. but to my surprise it was very sturdy! it is also reasonably comfortable. Will be going back to get four more.
