needed a 1l bottle for wild camping. This is a third of the cost of the SIGGS, includes a hook, and works beautifully. This kind of kit is what Hi Gear is good at

well i bought this as i was wanting an aluminium bottle to take on wildcamps, car camping and walking, and was originally looking at Siggs (which are about £16) but decided to buy the Hi Gear version instead as i was on a budget . I cant fault this really, taken it on a weekend scout camp and took it with me everywhere with me and it performed fine. The build quality is fine and i cant tell the difference in weight to the Sigg bottle (i had one in each hand). the only thing i dont like about it is the brand! but apart from that its fine for anything.
well worth 3 quid!!!!!, 31 January 2010

Worth every penny,
I use it for work everyday and it takes a battering, never lets me down.
