Welcome to the GO Outdoors Awards for 2017 where we celebrate the very best of the great outdoors.

Its awards season time where you – the British public – get a chance to vote for your favourite outdoor brand, product and blogger. If you’d like to take part in this year’s voting, please choose from the list below.

Shell runs 'Camping With Style' and after suffering an accident while snowboarding in 2014 has been determined not to let her love of the great outdoors dwindle. She loves the UK countryside and is especially focused on sharing ways for people with handicaps and disabilities to get out and about and explore.

Shell says on her blog, "I want the blog to encourage people, particularly those living with long term disability and chronic pain, to find new ways to explore the outdoors."

Lauren runs 'The Helpful Hiker' which is a fantastic blog full of family friendly tips and advice to help everyone get out and enjoy all that Britain has to offer.

Lauren says on her blog, "Put simply, the ethos behind The Helpful Hiker is that it's easy for anyone and everyone to enjoy the outdoors. You don't need to spend a lot of money and you don't need lots of expensive equipment."

Shell, Gav & Lucy are the lovely folks behind ‘Get Out With The Kids' which as you can imagine is a great blog giving parents all kinds of useful family friendly camping tips & tricks to keep the whole family happy when out exploring the big outdoors.

Their about us page says "It was important to them that their kids would experience the outdoors and what the world had to offer... but it soon became clear that doing things with babies and small children would require a very different approach."

Ashley who runs 'Views From an Urban Lake' first created it as a wildlife blog however it has become so popular that expanding out into other outdoor topics was inevitable! Ashley has had a keen focus on bird watching and roams The Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve in Milton Keynes, snapping stunning photos as he goes along.

Ashley says on his blog, "I love Dragonflies, Moths are a huge passion, Butterflies and other insects also interest me, basically if it walks, swims or flies in the wild I want to see it."

Alan who runs 'Munro Moonwalker' isn't just your average mountaineer, he likes to tackle the cold, hard going peaks at night! Alan has climbed all 3000 ft peaks in England, Ireland & Wales and usually does each climb just before sunrise so his photos are spectacular.

Not only is Alan a blogger but he is also an author of several books including "A Mountain Before Breakfast" published in 2016.

Neil runs 'Cairngorm Wanderer' and has been exploring this stunning area of Scotland for over 50 years! He is a keen walker and climber and his blog is a wealth of information, tips & advice for others who would like to discover all the Cairngorms has to offer.

Neil says on his blog that he "has visited other mountains, but the Cairngorms are 'home', whether staying in a bothy, a tent, or under the sky."

'The Outdoor Dad' is Oli who recently became a father and is keen to share his love of the outdoors with his son. Oli's blog, which is also a fairly recent edition to the outdoor blogging community; follows a sincere traditional style of writing with the sole purpose of sharing that day's adventure.

Oli says on his blog, "I want Sonny to have a childhood filled with adventure, excitement and exploration."

Paul is no stranger to the outdoors, being a professional bushcraft instructor he now owns and runs Frontier Bushcraft, a bushcraft school teaching people about wildlife, nature and survivalist skills.

Paul says on his blog, "There's always more to learn; it's massively humbling how little one person really knows about the natural world"

Zoe started 'Splodz Blogz' back in 2010 as a way to keep track of her bucket list. Over the years the blog has grown into a great outdoor blog full of excellent tips, advice and ideas for everyone (no matter their age) to get out and about, be it on a motorbike or in hiking boots!

Zoe says on her blog, "I rather like the niche I've found as an "Outdoor Blogger", writing primarily about getting outside, my bucket list, and travel and adventure at home and away."
