Website Returns

If you are wanting to return an item, please visit our returns page first to see our returns policy.

All you need to do is either return the item(s) to your nearest GO Outdoors store OR print off a simple form, available here, and include it in your returned parcel.

Tent Returns

Please contact us on 0845 113 0296 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) if you believe your tent is in need of a return.
