Got a whopping blister on my heel at the end of the first day of a 7 day walking holiday. I really thought I would have to give up but I decided to try to continue after applying a large Compeed plaster on the blister (not drained). I completed the walk - about 100 miles - but it simply wouldn't have been possible without Compeed. I recommend it to everyone.
I simply wouldn't go on a walking holiday without this stuff.

I bought one of these last year and it lives in my backpack , i did a marathon walk and the last 10 miles were completed with the aid of this. Excellent , easy to use and a cheap quick fix.
