I also have bought several pairs of these trousers in the past. They have been the most comfortable walking trousers I have owned. The fit on the new style is not as comfortable. I will not be buying them again.

I own several pairs of these trousers and love them......until these ones.
The style of the trousers has changed. They are so high waisted. I'm only 5' 2" and these trousers come up almost to my armpit!
I love Craghoppers clothing and thought that these were really good value for money, but I guess I will just have to look for another style.......or grow a few more inches!!

I like the Craghopper brand and their outdoors clothes are consistently good.
The fabric on these trouses is great - cotton-like feel but stain-resistant, water-resistant and tough.
My main problem with these, however, and the reason I do not rate them highly is the fit. The trousers are very high-waisted and this made them uncomfortable for me. They also weren't very flattering, but I don't really expect my outdoors clothing to be very flattering ...
Despite that, they are good walkng trousers.
These are no good for cycling, nor any other activity in whch you want full range of leg movement (e.g. rockclimbing)!
The short length is good for my height (5'4").
So, if you don't mind a high waist and your main activity is walking - this is a good buy. If you need more movement and prefer lower cuts, steer clear.
