Warehouse Manager
As a Warehouse Manager at GO Outdoors your main focus will be on managing the flow of stock from delivery to sales floor. All deliveries are direct from suppliers so accuracy and attention to detail are absolutely essential, as is the drive to deliver retail-ready stock to the salesfloor quickly and to the highest standard. Previous management experience, along with strong I.T. skills and the ability to perform under pressure, is essential. As a member of the management team, you’ll also have key-holder and Duty Manager responsibilities, when you'll be required to run all aspects of the store operation.
Assistant Managers
As an Assistant Manager at GO Outdoors you’ll drive customer service and merchandising standards, as well as maintaining product availability on the sales floor. With previous retail management experience either as part of the management team in a large format store or Store Manager in a smaller unit, you’ll be a demanding, proactive multi-tasker with great organisational skills and real customer focus. As a member of the management team, you’ll also have key-holder and Duty Manager responsibilities, when you'll be required to run all aspects of the store operation.
Admin Manager
As an Admin Manager at GO Outdoors you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the Cash Office and till points. Ideally with experience of handling cash in a busy retail environment, you’ll be customer focussed, organised and calm under pressure. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Managers in preparing weekly rotas whilst offering all round admin support for the rest of the management team. You’ll also have key-holder and Duty Manager responsibilities, when you'll be required to run all aspects of the store operation.
