Price matched this at GoOutdoors so got a real bargain. Bought this for backpacking as it is light and packs down small. The bag comes with a plastic shield for the lamp so it doesn't get damaged in any way. The mantle is very easy to fit and you have to burn it off prior to first use but after that it's really easy to use - just light with a match and away you go. Light and heat - just what you want on a cool dark night in the tent. It comes with a wire carrying loop that attaches to the top making it really easy to carry. I would advise caution due ot the heat coming form the lid so be mindful of where it is when you are moving about in small backpacking tents. This is a must have for any backpacker especially when wanting to conserve headlamp batteries when you've pitched and are at rest. Sturdy build quality and simplicity of operation make this a top quality product.

Bought this lamp after purchasing cheaper ones previous. Wished I had never bothered with the cheaper ones in the first place. Gave off plenty of light for a 4 man tent and kept the tent cosy and warm. Would highly recommend it. ITS A MUST HAVE .
