Method
Slice a strip of Jalapeno from tip to stem and scoop out white seeds and vein.
Fill the Jalapeno with cream cheese and replace the Jalapeno 'lid'.
Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap each piece around the Jalapeno to secure the lid.
BBQ on a low heat until the Jalapeno is soft and the bacon is crispy. Enjoy with a chilled beer!
