A refillable, heavy-duty pure butane canister. Must be bought with the 907 Refill.

Please Note:  This product cannot be purchased separately - it must be bought with the 907 Refill.

The Campingaz 907 canister will hold 2.75kg of pure butane gas, and has a high-security valve that will prevent any leaks during connection and disconnection.

Mainly required with larger stoves, BBQs and burners, it needs a screw-on butane regulator to attach to a hose, to connect to your appliance.

The canister can be filled and refilled at our stores, or at participating campsites and some gas hire specialists.

This type of gas cylinder is very common in mainland Europe, all across the UK, and also in Ireland.

Lasts over 2 weeks on a typical camp stove, 05 June 2012

I've been using these large Camping Gaz 907 canisters since the 1970's. They are the best value of the three refillable Campingaz cylinders, and while not as commonly found as in the past most campsites and most big towns have somewhere you can exchange these. There is still a great network of dealers across the UK and Europe.

I find that on a 2 burner+grill stove this canister lasts for over two weeks cooking a couple of meals every day. The screw-in sealing cap keeps any unused gas safe for at least 12 months. In the past I used this with a gas lantern and it would run for hours with little difference in the weight of the canister.

Large enough to last for a few weeks, small and light enough to carry around and transport. The people with Calor appliances may get a month from their canisters but they weigh a lot more.
