The Berghaus Ortler Pant are a three season walking pant with great freedom of movement, ideal for the hills and steep inclines.
Made from Berghaus' 4 way stretch nylon fabric and with an elasticated waistband, the Ortler Trousers allow lots of movement while walking up tough climbs, whilst also providing resistance from abrasion on sharp rock faces.
The articulated knees let you move freely without losing coverage, and the leg vents are perfect for letting off steam.

I have worn these trousers in both winter & summer, sun, rain & snow,& under waterproofs & been extremely comfortable on all occasions.
The fit is excellent as is the build quality offering enough stretch when ascending or descending fells & hills to be comfortable.
They never stuck to me when being worn under overtrousers or caused me to get hot and sweaty.
They`re wind resistant but don`t cause overheating even in summer when ascending. Some people might want more pockets but I personally keep everything in my daysac so no problem in that respect for me.
The best walking trousers I`ve ever owned.
