Info
The Borazon Mountain Pants are tough and durable trousers ideal for the experienced hiker and trailer.
Built by hikers, for hikers, the Borazon is made from a two way stretch fabric that ensures unrestricted freedom of movement at all times- important when the terrain gets steeper and the surfaces get slippier.
With the addition of a water repellent treatment inbuilt within the face fabric, you can rest assured that whatever mountain you are on, you are offered a high level of protection from the rain and snow.
Abrasion scuffing will be the last thing on your mind, as the two way stretch double weave fabric allows the Borazon to be close to the skin, offering excellent moisture management, whilst still sitting comfortably whatever your activity level - not riding up of moving unnecessarily, which is aided with the total weight of only 480g.
If you are seeking a heavy duty, durable pair of trousers to be one step ahead of you in all your adventures in terms of functionality- then look no further than the Borazon. Stay dry, stay cool, stay comfortable.

AMAZING MUST BUY, 27 November 2010
By RockyRaccoon (Glasgow)
On my 3rd pair of these breeks really are that good. Just back from the Mamores by Glencoe in the snow temp down to minus 3 and legs were toastie with no undergments. Also with vents open very comfortable in the summer months. Look smart in the evening too if you have not forgotten your gaitors of a day. They have been revamped as the new ones have more open front pockets without zips, not as in photo. I have both and am happy with them, maybe a wee bit tight to get hands into front pockets when sitting down or driving on the early model (as above), but you can weigh that up as more secure than the new model. all in all a great trouser and an absolute steal at this price.

Lovely pet trousers.... all miine!, 16 February 2010

I am a large man, there is no two ways about it... and in all honestly.. I tend to find it difficult buying trousers that fit my thighs. If they do fit, I lack the flex that I normally require. I tried these trousers on and they were perfect, movement was never restricted and pocket space ample.
I took the trousers out in February n a trip up Snowdon (in the snow) and they were warm enough with my own body heat providing the extra heat. It is fair to say that a less intense walk may demand an undergarment to take the edge of them as a brisk cold wind on one side chilled the fabric and subsequently the body below. I did not get the opportunity to test the water repellant nature but I did sit in the snow and remain dry.... a good sign. These pack down small and the air pockets I can forsee being handy in the summer months. To be honest I love these and will be making these my trouser of choice on my next walks!
