A longer length GORE-TEX waterproof shell for walkers.
The Berghaus Aura II Jacket is a long length, fully waterproof, windproof and highly breathable outer shell that walkers will appreciate all year round.
It features Berghaus' IA technology, which allows for a compatible Berghaus fleece (such as the Spectrum IA or the Activity Jacket) to be securely zipped inside, so you can use the Aura II on colder days too.
The usual Berghaus high standard of attention to detail and design applies, with useful features that you'll appreciate during a long, wet day out. The hood is fully adjustable for a perfect fit, and packs away into the collar when not needed. An OS map sized pocket is placed for easy access when you need it. Velcro cuffs and a drawcord hem help you to seal yourself in from the elements.
Constructed using GORE-TEX® Performance Shell, it has the GORE-TEX® Extreme Wet Weather Guarantee, so it'll never let you down.

Bought this jacket for day long walks out in the highlands, what ever nature throws at it rest assured you'll be warm and dry. Im 6'7'' and the Large size is great for taller builds. The velcro wrists and the hood really help to keep the weather out, rolls down small enough to be carried in a backpack without loosing too much space. GoreTex and Berghaus in the same product, need you really hesitate?!

I'm delighted with this stylish well-designed 'Goretex' waterproof jacket. I tried every premium brand and every model in both Go Outdoors and elsewhere. This coat from Berghaus is the best from all viewpoints: design, build -quality and fit. Made of heavy duty goretex. Machine washable.
XL is a good fit for my 105kg 46" chest with room to spare. This is more generously cut than equivalents from North Face etc.
You can zip in a Berghaus fleece to add warmth. I bet the manufacturers had not thought that someone would try to attach a 12 year-old Berghaus fleece. It is a perfect fit!
