Features
All the protection you'll need for the British climate, wear as much of it as you choose.
The
Berghaus Arctic Gemini 3-in-1 Men's Jacket is the only protection you'll need for the changeable weather on the hills, all year round.
You get the choice of the comfort and warmth of a luxury fleece jacket, and the waterproof, windproof protection of a GORE-TEX hardshell, or both at once for superior protection from the worst of weather.
The lightweight outer shell's longer cut will shelter you more from a heavy downpour, while the roll-away adjustable hood, storm flaps and velcro cuffs help seal you in from the wet and cold.
Made from Berghaus' AWL200 fleece, the inner jacket has lined sleeves and a deep collar for luxurious comfort, and makes an excellent light jacket when worn on it's own in milder conditions.
Attachment points and the interactive zip allow you to securely fasten the fleece into the GORE-TEX shell when you need total protection from cold, wind and rain.
Two large handwarmer pockets and an internal OS map sized pocket, as well as the pockets on the fleece, give you plenty of room for all the kit you'll need for a day's walking.

Berghaus Arctic Gemini Men's 3-in-1 Jacket, 10 November 2011
By Lee Smiggy (Portchester)
My Wife has bought me this jacket as a Christmas gift so i cannot comment on it just yet, but i spent so long in store seeing what jacket suited me from the vast choice that "go outdoors" has to offer, and as we are on a budget i took my time researching the options. The staff were very helpful and i would recommend both the jacket and the store. i will be shopping at "go outdoors" again..... very soon.

Great mid-range Jacket, 18 May 2011
By Captsain Flymo (Bath)
I've always liked Berghaus kit. Mainly because when I was a kid in the venture scouts I couldn't afford it and made do with cheap stuff which never really worked very well and I was envious of those who had Berghaus kit which seemed to be the pinnacle of outdoors gear. Nowadays, I can afford Berghaus and have plenty of it but for good reason: It works. This is not the jacket you'd buy for an arctic expedition of climbing Everest, but for general use in th UK, especially in winter, and perhaps in the Alps on a ski holiday and so on, you be hard pressed to beat this jacket for value, versatility and performance. I got mine in a sale and there's never a time when I put it on that I wish I bought something else. It's warm (too warm if you aren't careful!), it's waterproof, windproof and long enough to ensure your bum stays warm and dry too. Build quality is also good. Frankly, I can't fault it on anything.

Excellent jacket. Although I dont exactly know where the map pocket is as I have not had it very long. Its spring now and I can wear it just as a fleece or waterproof jacket. But in winter, I will put them both together to keep me warm. Fully adjustable at cuffs, belt and hood an added feature. Good price also!!
