I bought this jacket because I have other Avenir cycling gear and it appeared well made. After a years use I can report it is well made BUT not waterproof and never has been! Whether it does not breath or whether it just leaks is difficult to tell but you end up soaked after anything more than about 30-45 min use. I would not buy the same again
