Designed primarily for tighter fitting footwear, Superfeet BLUE insoles feature their most versatile shape, and medium volume. The BLUE provides excellent biomechanical support for the widest variety of foot shapes.

Good all-purpose insoles, they are ideal for feet with low to medium arches that may not tolerate maximum support.

Recommended for cleated athletic footwear, running and hiking shoes, and all types of casual and dress shoes.

Superfeet Insoles are designed to be trimmed to give you a perfect custom fit if you need it.
Use the size chart (click on the tab above) to give you the nearest approximate size of insole that you need. Go for a size that's a bit too large, rather than too small, you can then trim the insole down to the perfect size for your feet and footwear.
(You can either trace around your footwear's existing removeable insole, or around the footwear itself, and then trim it down to size.)
