Features
A simple 4-man tent that's excellent value for money.
- Quick and easy to pitch
- Sized for airbeds
- Bright colour makes it easy to find on a busy campsite!
A lot of tent for your money, the Freedom Trail Airedale 4 is a weekend tent that's perfect for those last minute getaways.
The two bedrooms are each sized to fit inflatable airbeds, and the central living space has enough room for bags, equipment and footwear.
The full height flysheet door has a combined window and vent that can be sealed off with a zipped curtain. More vents can be found at each end, which help to keep the bedrooms cool in warm weather. The door can also be converted into an awning to create a shaded space outside and let breeze in (extra porch poles required, not included).
The fibreglass poles are secured with ring-and-pin fittings and the inners can be left attached, speeding up pitch time.
If it's raining you can pitch the flysheet first and then hang the inners later, protecting them from getting wet. Reflective guylines help to prevent people tripping over them in the night.

We bought this tent last year, We used it for our camping holiday last year, and to be honest it was absolutely perfect, easy to put up, took no time at all, instructions were very clear, We are a family of three and had more than enough room. I would buy this tent again & Again.

Pretty good tent, 01 February 2013

I bought this tent as a car-bourne camper, as a 2 man roomy option.
Tent is cheap and pretty basic, but I think a good buy. It was quick and simple to put up. I put it up alone on a windy campsite at Newgale Pembs, half cut.
It is a good sturdy tent with plenty of guys and peg loops. The poles are tight, perfectly ok for me, but I can imagine slight manufacturing variations in measurements causing some problems in some of these tents.. Possibly. Also both the sleeping pods are very tight on the last few hooks, again, this may be an issue on others.
I've had it 2 years and used it about 5-6 times now, and am pretty happy with it, it's not a Terra Nova, but I won't be crying myself to sleep if it gets damaged.. A good buy..:)

Good value..except missing a 'bedroom', 17 September 2012

This tent was sturdy, waterproof, large, easy to assemble and missing an inside compartment.
I bought this tent for Bestival on the Isle of Wight and failed to do a test run in the garden. Setting up the tent was easy, all colour coded so very simple. However once I'd finished setting up the outer case and was coming to the finishing touches I found that one of the inside comparments was missing!!!! This is ridiculous and had the weather been awful there would have been two very wet and cold people in the tent, thank fully it wasnt. Lesson learnt..check everything is there first!
